professional qualifications;
professional experience;
programme suitability;
current immigration or residence situation;
Czech-language level;
employer requirements;
programme capacity;
lawful ability to participate.
The Academy may request additional information or evidence before confirming enrolment.
Admission may be conditional upon the Student providing specified information, documents or payment.

the Academy has formally accepted the Student;
the Student has received an Individual Enrolment Schedule or equivalent written offer;
the Student has accepted this Standard Enrolment Agreement and the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy; and
any required initial payment or other stated enrolment condition has been completed.
Submitting an application alone does not create a contractual right to a programme place.

Any eventual employment relationship is between the Student and the employer.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Ressel Academy is not a party to the employment contract.
The Academy does not guarantee:
salary;
working hours;
shift pattern;
benefits;

duration of employment;
promotion;
future career progression.
These matters are governed by the Student’s agreement with the employer.
IMMIGRATION
20. Immigration Responsibility
Ressel Academy may provide programme-related documentation and general administrative support.
However, the Student remains responsible for:
submitting immigration applications;
meeting deadlines;
attending appointments;
providing accurate documents;
maintaining lawful residence status;
complying with visa conditions;
complying with residence conditions;
obtaining lawful work authorisation where required.
Ressel Academy cannot control or guarantee decisions made by public authorities.
21. Educational Visa or Residence Authorisation Refusal
This section applies where the Student requires a Czech visa or residence authorisation principally in order to come to Czechia and participate in the Ressel Academy programme.
It does not apply to a later Employee Card, work permit or other employment-authorisation decision.
If the relevant educational visa or residence authorisation is formally refused before the Student travels to Czechia for the programme, the Student may choose between:
Option A — Transfer to a Later Intake
The Student may transfer the amounts paid to the next reasonably available Ressel Academy intake.
The Academy may adjust the programme price where necessary to reflect material changes in:
programme pricing;
accommodation cost;
taxes;
third-party charges.
Option B — 80% Refund
The Student may request a refund equal to 80% of programme fees actually received by Ressel Academy.
The remaining 20% will normally be retained in respect of enrollment administration, reserved programme capacity, preparatory work, accommodation commitments and other costs associated with the Student’s enrolment, subject always to mandatory law.
22. Evidence Required for Visa Refusal
A visa-refusal transfer or refund will be processed only after Ressel Academy has received satisfactory evidence confirming that:
the relevant application was genuinely submitted;
it related to the Student’s intended attendance at Ressel Academy;
the application was formally refused by the competent authority; and
the Student did not obtain or use the relevant authorisation contrary to the basis of the refund request.
The Student must provide a complete copy of the official refusal decision.
Ressel Academy may reasonably require additional verification of authenticity, including:
an original decision;
a certified copy;
notarised certification;
an official electronic document;
a document containing an official signature, stamp or seal;
other formal evidence issued or authenticated by the competent authority.
Where authenticity cannot reasonably be confirmed, the Academy may postpone refund processing while verification is undertaken.
23. Fraudulent Visa-Refusal Claims
The special visa-refusal refund or transfer may be refused, to the extent permitted by law, where:
a refusal document is false;
a refusal document has been altered;
information has been deliberately concealed;
the Student actually received the relevant visa or residence authorisation;
the Student entered Czechia using an authorisation represented to the Academy as refused;
forged supporting documents were used;
materially false information was submitted;
the Student failed to attend a required appointment;
the Student failed to provide required documentation;
the Student abandoned the application;
another material cause attributable to the Student resulted in refusal.
Ressel Academy may seek further evidence and take lawful action where fraud is reasonably suspected.
24. Deadline for Visa-Refusal Claim
The Student should submit a visa-refusal refund or transfer request within 30 calendar days after the date of the official refusal decision.
The Academy may accept a later request where reasonable circumstances justify the delay.
25. What Does Not Constitute Visa Refusal
The special 80% refund provision does not automatically apply to:
delayed visa processing;
delayed embassy appointments;
pending applications;
failure to complete the application;
voluntary withdrawal of the application;
change of personal plans;
failure to travel after a visa has been issued;
later refusal of an Employee Card or other work authorisation.
In such cases, the ordinary cancellation or deferral provisions apply.
26. Government Delays
Processing times of embassies, immigration authorities and other public bodies are outside Ressel Academy’s control.
Where an immigration decision has not been issued by the intended programme start date, the Academy may offer:
transfer to a later intake;
revised start date;
revised accommodation date;
another reasonable arrangement.
A government processing delay does not automatically create a right to a full refund.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
27. Recognition and Regulated Professions
Ressel Academy does not itself grant official recognition of foreign qualifications unless expressly authorised to do so.
Students entering regulated professions may require separate:
recognition;
registration;
licensing;
professional approval.
These requirements remain separate from Academy enrolment.
28. Academy Certificates
Ressel Academy may issue:
attendance confirmations;
completion confirmations;
Academy certificates;
assessment records.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these documents do not constitute:
a Czech state qualification;
a professional licence;
a work permit;
a residence permit;
official recognition of a foreign qualification.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
29. Refund & Cancellation Policy
The Ressel Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of this Agreement.
The version provided or made available to the Student before enrolment acceptance applies to that Student’s enrolment.
Nothing in this Agreement removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
30. Student Withdrawal
A Student wishing to withdraw must notify Ressel Academy in writing at:
The date the Academy receives a clear written cancellation request will normally be treated as the cancellation date.
Any refund will be calculated according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
31. Early Employment During Extended Programme
Where a Student becomes legally authorised to begin employment before the anticipated completion date of the 24-Week Extended Programme, the Academy may coordinate an earlier transition with the Student and employer.
The Core Programme fee is not refundable merely because lawful employment becomes available earlier where the Core Programme has already been delivered or substantially delivered.
Treatment of any remaining extended-programme component will be determined according to:
services already delivered;
accommodation already used;
non-recoverable accommodation commitments;
other services already committed;
the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
32. Employer Opportunity Does Not Guarantee Refund
The following circumstances do not by themselves create a right to refund:
the Student declines an employment offer;
an employer declines the Student;
an interview is unsuccessful;
a practical assessment is unsuccessful;
a particular employer withdraws from the process;
employment starts later than expected.
The Academy’s contractual service is education, professional adaptation and employer preparation, not guaranteed employment.
TERMINATION
33. Termination by Ressel Academy
The Academy may suspend or terminate participation where legally permissible for serious reasons including:
fraud;
forged documentation;
serious misconduct;
violence;
deliberate safety breaches;
unlawful activity;
material non-payment;
substantial breach of this Agreement.
The financial consequences will be determined according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
34. Cancellation by Ressel Academy
If the Academy materially cancels a programme before commencement for reasons within its control, the Student may be offered:
transfer to another intake;
an alternative programme;
credit;
refund of amounts attributable to services not provided.
Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

35. Agents, Recruiters and Intermediaries
No recruiter, educational consultant, agency, employer or other third party may, unless expressly authorised in writing by Ersteberg s.r.o.:
guarantee admission;
guarantee immigration approval;

waive this Agreement;
create contractual obligations on behalf of Ressel Academy.
Students should rely only on official written information issued by Ressel Academy.

Ressel Academy is not responsible for unauthorised promises or representations independently made by third parties, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Students are encouraged to report any third party claiming to offer guaranteed visas, jobs or other outcomes in the name of Ressel Academy.

Relevant information may be shared, where lawfully necessary, with:
accommodation providers;
authorised service providers;
potential employers;

40. Marketing Photography
Enrolment does not automatically constitute consent to use the Student’s identifiable image for marketing.
Where marketing consent is required, it should be collected separately.
41. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to:
The Student should provide sufficient information to allow the Academy to investigate the matter.
42. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
43. Severability
If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent legally permissible.
44. Version Applicable to the Student
The version of this Standard Enrolment Agreement incorporated into the Student’s enrolment at the time the contract is concluded will apply to that enrolment.
Later website updates do not automatically amend an existing Student’s contract.
