FOUR PILLARS

PROGRAMME
CHOICE
The 24-week pathway includes the same 16-week core programme, followed by up to 8 additional weeks of structured employer-linked practical integration. Where a suitable future employer arrangement is available, this period can include workplace familiarisation, professional terminology, observation, supervised non-productive training and continued preparation for employment, subject to the participant’s legal status and applicable Czech rules.
The 16-week programme is the intensive core of Ressel Academy. This covers Czech language, professional adaptation, employer readiness and practical preparation at Ressel Academy.
The 16-week programme prepares you for the Czech workplace. The 24-week pathway goes further by adding a structured transition period linked to a future employer, helping you become familiar with the workplace, terminology, procedures and team while the employment process develops.

16-WEEK CORE PROGRAMME
The 16-week programme is structured to move from arrival and language foundations into practical workplace readiness and employer engagement — without rushing participants before they are ready.

24-WEEK EXTENDED PROGRAMME
The extended pathway adds up to 8 weeks of structured employer-linked practical integration after the 16-week core programme. This gives participants additional time to strengthen workplace Czech, become familiar with a future employer’s environment and continue professional preparation while the next employment step develops.
