FOR EMPLOYERS

Build your international workforce with confidence.

WHY EMPLOYERS WORK WITH RESSEL ACADEMY

#01

You define the role and the workplace expectations. We help participants prepare to understand them, communicate more effectively and transition into the Czech working environment with greater confidence.

Ressel Academy prepares qualified international workers for the Czech workplace through practical Czech language, professional adaptation and employer-linked preparation.

QUALIFIED PEOPLE NEED MORE THAN A JOB OFFER.

Ressel Academy helps reduce that gap before employment begins.

International candidates may already bring the professional skills and experience you need. The challenge is often what comes next: language, workplace communication, safety terminology, local expectations and adaptation to a completely new working environment.

ASSESS READINESS

  • Professional qualifications, practical ability and workplace readiness can be reviewed through interviews, assessments or occupation-specific exercises where relevant.

  • Where a suitable arrangement exists, participants may continue their adaptation through structured workplace familiarisation and employer-linked preparation.

#04

PREPARATION BEFORE THE FIRST WORKING DAY.

Participants develop practical Czech relevant to everyday life and the workplace, including instructions, safety and communication with colleagues and supervisors

01

LANGUAGE READINESS

Preparation is linked to the participant’s professional background rather than being limited to general language study

02

PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION

Ressel Academy can help structure the period between Academy preparation and lawful employment, including employer-linked practical integration where suitable

03

CANDIDATE INTERACTION

Programme availability depends on candidate qualifications, employer demand and applicable Czech professional requirements..

Depending on the participant’s legal status and the agreed arrangement, this may include workplace orientation, technical familiarisation, health and safety preparation, professional terminology, observation, demonstrations and supervised non-productive training.

Where a suitable future-employer arrangement exists, participants in the extended pathway may continue their professional adaptation through an Academy-organised practical integration period connected with the future workplace.

ADAPTION AROUND YOUR WORKPLACE

#05

YOUR ROLE. YOUR TERMINOLOGY. YOUR EXPECTATIONS..

This may include:

  • Workplace terminology relevant to the role;

  • Common instructions and communication scenarios;

  • Health and safety vocabulary;

  • Documentation and procedures;

  • Preparation for employer assessments;

  • Familiarisation with workplace expectations.

Where appropriate, Ressel Academy can align parts of the participant’s preparation with the future employer’s environment.

The objective is not to replace the employer’s own onboarding or technical training. It is to help participants arrive better prepared to understand and benefit from it.
